Spring AC Tune-Up Checklist for Nevada: What a Real Tune-Up Includes

Not all tune-ups are equal. Here is the checklist our technicians follow so your AC survives another Nevada summer.

Electrical

Capacitor microfarad test, contactor inspection, amp draw on compressor and both motors, tightening of all connections.

Superheat and subcooling measured, not guessed. Low charge means a leak that needs finding.

Filter, blower wheel cleanliness, static pressure and temperature split across the coil.

Condenser coil rinsed, evaporator inspected, condensate drain flushed and float switch tested.

Calibration, schedule review and wiring check.
